TESOL Training Journey: Celebrating Eight Graduates' Achievements and Inviting Future Educators

At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, the TESOL family warmly welcomed eight teachers from Qingdao, Lanzhou, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Beijing. With boundless enthusiasm for the cause of English teaching, they traveled far and wide to converge in one place, jointly undergoing a five-day TESOL offline training course.

From December 28th to January 1st, these five brief days were packed with boundless wisdom and hard work. The participants immersed themselves in intensive and efficient training, delving deeply into the core principles and teaching methods of TESOL. They not only acquired a solid foundation in the theory of English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching but also practiced the art of course design, the innovation of teaching methods, and the effectiveness of classroom assessment and feedback through diverse learning approaches such as simulated classrooms, group discussions, and case analyses.

A highlight of the TESOL offline training course was the unique model of small class teaching by foreign examiners. This model ensured that each participant received personalized attention and guidance, engaging in deep dialogue with foreign examiners and gaining insights into teaching philosophies and wisdom from different cultural backgrounds. This cross-cultural integration not only broadened the participants' international horizons but also enhanced their cross-cultural communication and teaching abilities.

During the intense and fulfilling training process, the participants not only gained knowledge and skills but also forged a bond with a group of like-minded educational peers. The TESOL offline course became a valuable platform for them to learn from each other, inspire each other, and jointly explore new frontiers in English education.

After four days of intensive learning, the fifth day ushered in a rigorous examination. This exam was not only a comprehensive test of the participants' learning outcomes but also an important milestone in their journey towards becoming professional English teachers. Each participant bravery faced this challenge with full enthusiasm and firm belief, drawing a perfect conclusion to their training journey.
