Three Things We Should Do When We Are Teaching

        From the four days TEFL training course, I realized in the process of stimulating students' interest in the subject, we can't just stay in the "living", "music" and "playing"on the surface of the classroom. We should pay more attention to the subject itself, constantly grow interest from the successful experience after learning, and tap the internal driving force of students' learning. In teaching, we should do the following:

        1、 Facing the whole, layered teaching

In the process of game teaching, it is unavoidable how to treat excellent, middle and poor students. The game we designed should focus on facing all students, with moderate difficulty and let everyone participate. We can teach students according to their aptitude and hierarchical requirements according to their personal quality, personality characteristics, memory and reaction speed, so as to find the most effective incentive mechanism to promote students' continuous progress.

        2、 Well organized, rigorous and orderly

Do a good job in the organization of the game, so as to be orderly and live without chaos. Primary school students play sex games every day and are competitive. Some students are easy to forget themselves. Even in class, they sometimes can't help shouting. Therefore, first of all, they have to clarify the rules before starting the game. Discipline requirements, scoring standards, take precautions. Even if there is still some confusion in the process of the game, we should be able to understand the students' psychology, not blindly criticize, but actively explain clearly. In collective activities, we should abide by the rules.

        3、 Timely and appropriate

I don't think we should try to be all inclusive, play too many games, ignore the teaching and training of the main teaching contents, make a fuss over the host, and turn the English class into a game entertainment class, which will be counterproductive. Classroom games should serve classroom teaching. When they become a decoration or a game for games, classroom games lose their charm.

        I believed, if I follow the three things I was inspired from the TEFL training program, I can be a good teacher, and tat students' deep potential.
